It's normal for someone to come to see a dietitian or nutritionist for a few sessions with a view to releasing some weight and looking and feeling better. Sometimes they get a little push from their GP who is concerned that a chronic health condition is around the corner. And many times, that chronic health condition has already arrived and demands attention!
These are indeed the people I love to help and empower and the best way for me to do that is with a wellness programme. A programme that you and I can both commit to. Your commitment allows me to plan and tailor our sessions exactly for you! In this way, ALL your concerns and questions are addressed to the best of my ability. And YOU have also made a commitment to yourself… a commitment that I will hold you accountable too!
Wellness and Health Coaching Programs: Make a shift toward being Innately Well
All Innately Well programmes have at their core a Mind, Body and Soul approach and are designed around holistic nutrition coaching to help you adopt and maintain healthy behaviours. Real wellness is achieved when we take care of our body from the inside out.
Our wellness coaching programs include a combination of nutrition and wellness services that focus around growing and building conscious choices about food, joyful movement, stress reduction and emotion management, and incorporate better habits and a healthier lifestyle through understanding and acknowledging the roots of our behaviours.
The tools used and taught include how to develop your own nutrition plan and uncover the underlying commitments that may be preventing you from reaching your goals and enjoying a healthy and vital life.
What’s included in the wellness coaching programs?
Health coaching in either an individual or group environment. Group sessions are an alternative and addition to one on one sessions and a cost-effective way to benefit from coaching that will empower your choices (dietetic rebates apply via Medicare or Private Health Fund if entitled).
You can also learn how effective complementary therapies, such as EFT Tapping Therapy and Shadow Coaching, can optimise your health. Both these processes dig deep within your psyche and subconscious to in essence change your operating system in the gentlest way possible. You will likely feel lighter and freer after our sessions.
Integrative Nutrition (a unique combination of Medical Nutrition Therapy & Functional Nutrition) is included in all wellness programmes. This could involve individual as well as group sessions. This is where we develop a sustainable approach to food and an eating plan that works for you and your lifestyle.
Rebates for wellness programmes
Dietetic services rebates apply for Individual & Group Nutrition through your Private Health Fund extras or through a Medicare Enhanced Primary Care Plan. You will be provided with invoices for each nutrition session so that you may process your claims.

Wellness Programmes coming in Feb 2021
This is a 3 month programme that aims to empower you with the information and tools you need to make sustainable changes. We know that taking action and changing things up is crucial if we want to create something new in our lives. Whether that be a healthier, leaner, fitter body from the inside out or a body that is energised, free from inflammation, hormonal imbalance and metabolic issues such as diabetes. We will not achieve our health goals by staying the same, by doing the same, believing or thinking the same as we have been doing. This programme is all about change with a purpose, with a goal in mind that we can attain and how to make that sustainable and an innate part of who we are.
In this 3 month programme, we put the foundations in place and learn how to balance our lifestyle, our stress and emotions, our relationship with food.
A 3 month foundations programme; You can choose from:
- Group Programme (includes individual nutrition)
- Group Programme only (no Individual nutrition)
- Individual Programme (no group sessions)
Individual & Group Coaching is the most cost and wellness effective choice but is not for everybody. For those of you that already have a nutrition advisor you might like to opt for the Group coaching only programme only whilst those of you seeking individualisation to the max will want to explore the Individual Coaching Programme, a one on one programme option. Whilst the key elements are the same the delivery is one on one with no group coaching.
